Shipping Addresses

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or international addresses. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island. 

We cannot ship to zip code 10036 and clients in this area must use an alternate address.  

 

 

Shipping Shipping and Insurance Policy

We do our best to accurately represent, via photos, copy and measurements, our jewelry. Our experience has been that the jewelry has exceeded our customers' expectations, since even our best photographs do not reflect the colors and sparkle of the gemstones. However, should you want to return the item, you have 7 days from receipt and we will refund your payment, minus the shipping charge. Still undecided? You can always call the store and ask one of our staff for suggestions. 

 

 

Returns

We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security we recommend FedEx. To return or exchange fine jewelry please ship with Return Signature Required. You must insure the package for the full value of the item(s) enclosed .
